Listed below are the categories available for sponsorship. Please complete the contract form below and return with your check as soon as possible to ensure your choice. Sponsorships run for a 12 month period.

DIAMOND SPONSOR -- $5,000  A Diamond Sponsor will receive 12 months of the following benefits:

GOLD SPONSOR -- $3,500: A Gold Sponsor will receive 12 months of the following benefits:
