Nasty Stuff – Essential Coverages Removed by Endorsement
In today’s price competitive market and litigious society, carriers are using ISO and Proprietary endorsements to carve out integral parts of the CGL policy, often leaving your client with no or little coverage for exposures normally covered. Over the past 5 years, Mr. Lyon’s has collected a large number of “nasty” endorsements that your client would not want on their policy(ies) if they have a choice. In this class we will identify them, determine whether they can be removed, or fully disclose their impact on the applicable coverage form to the client. Removing one word from the CGL policy, can ruin your clients coverage.
