NextGen brings together insurance professionals under 40 from different regions of New York. The group promotes fellowship among industry professionals as well as attracting talent into the insurance industry. Events are meant to facilitate the sharing of ideas and buildings bridges between the different regions of the state. Young professionals in the industry insurance are encouraged to get to know their peers and the ongoing issues that challenge our industry everyday.
